After working in the private residential sector for many years, I have found that getting a project started and formulating ideas is the most daunting stumbling block for most clients. At the very start of the project, typical comments include:

I provide a comprehensive and economical way for potential clients to get all the information they need to kick start their dream project for their homes. Without having to commit to taking the project any further than the ideas and concept design stage.

 

My aim is to provide people with the simplest way to understand how they can transform their homes and engage a professional property team including an Architect, Structural Engineer and a Surveyor for very competitive fee subject to the size of property and extent of services required.

 

The Firth brand, has always been about providing clients with a bespoke design solution unique to each client, adding value to the property through design.

The service comprises of:

 

• A measured survey of your home by a qualified Surveyor including A1 prints
• Two, one hour consultations with the Architect, Joel Firth
• Concept designs sketched to scale including plans, elevations and perspectives drawn by the RIBA Architect Joel Firth including A3 prints
• 3D perspective of concept by Firth Associates
• Written Structural appraisal of concept design by Structural Engineer with approximate cost of work.

 

Starting out with a set of concept designs by a qualified Architect is, without doubt, the best way to kick start a home renovation or extension project irrespective of size. I also provide this service for clients that want to build new homes. With the 3D perspectives you will also see what it will virtually look like which will give you a flavour of the style you have created adopting my professional skills.

Terms are agreed before any survey is undertaken. Drawings are for ideas and concepts and may be adopted for planning and construction purposes subject to terms.
